Suggested Use
Using Chamomile oil:
For bath or massage, add 10 drops to a warm bath for relaxation. Diluted with a
carrier oil, it can be massaged in, and used as a compress for headaches. It is
also an excellent household disinfectant.
A calming massage of Chamomile diluted with a carrier oil relaxes sore
overworked muscles or inflamed joints.
Camomile lotions and camomile creams are very popular in the cosmetic industry
as they treat the scars and blemishes on the skin. They also heal wounds and
bruises, and protect them from getting infected. Diluted oils can also be
applied on the skin for a therapeutic massage. The essential oils also help in
treating flatulence by expelling gases from the stomach and intestines. They
relax they body and reduce the blood pressure. Camomile oils help treat the acne
and other skin problems, when applied directly on the skin.
